Cold drinks need a clear cup that shows off the colour, a lid that suits the drink, and a straw that survives to the last sip. This guide covers our rPET smoothie cups, the three lid styles, paper straws and water cups.
Smoothie cup sizes
Our smoothie cups are clear rPET cups for smoothies, iced coffees, milkshakes, bubble tea and cold drinks, in cases of 1,000:
- 10oz (300ml): kids’ sizes and small drinks.
- 12oz (350ml): regular iced coffees and smoothies.
- 16oz (470ml): the popular large size.
- 20oz (568ml): extra large shakes and smoothies.
Which smoothie cup lid?
All three rPET lids fit all four cup sizes (10, 12, 16 and 20oz), so one lid stock covers your whole range. Each comes in cases of 1,000:
- Dome lid with hole: leaves room for cream and toppings, for shakes and frappés.
- Dome lid with cross cut: a domed lid with a cross-cut straw opening.
- Flat lid with straw slot: a low-profile lid for iced coffees, juices and smoothies without toppings.
Paper straws
Our paper straws come in styles for every drink:
- Smoothie straws for thicker drinks: black and white striped or red and white striped, in cases of 4,000.
- Drinking straws: black, red and white striped or white individually wrapped, in cases of 5,000.
- Cocktail straws: black paper cocktail straws for bars and mixed drinks, in cases of 10,000.
- Natural compostable straws, in cases of 4,000.
Water and drinking cups

Quick buying checklist
- Pick two or three cup sizes, usually 12oz and 16oz.
- Choose a dome lid for toppings, or a flat lid for straight drinks.
- Add wide smoothie straws for thick drinks and standard straws for juices and soft drinks.

Are the cups suitable for hot drinks? No, smoothie cups are for cold drinks. Use paper cups for hot drinks.
Can they be recycled? Clear PET cups are widely recyclable where plastic bottles and pots are collected, once empty and rinsed. Check your local waste guidance or use the Recycle Now locator.
